  • What time is check-in and check-out?

    Check-in is usually at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. However, we can be flexible based on availability. Please contact us in advance for special arrangements.

  • Do you allow pets?

    Pet are prohibited in our listings.

  • Is smoking allowed?

    Smoking is not allowed inside or outside the property. Guests can smoke in designated outdoor smoking areas located in the corners of the property near the grills.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Guests will receive a full refund if they cancel up to 30 days before check-in, except in certain cases.

  • Are there parking facilities available?

    There is 1 designated and numbered parking space located directly in front of the unit. Other non-numbered spaces are free for anyone staying at the condo to park in.

  • What amenities are provided?

    Our properties include essential amenities like Wi-Fi, toiletries, kitchen supplies, pool access, and other. Please see listing details to see specific amenities provided.

  • Do you provide towels and linens?

    Yes, we provide fresh luxury towels and linens for all guests for indoor use only. Beach towels are not provided, and we recommend you arranging for these prior to your stay.

  • Are any beach items provided to guests?

    4 large beach chairs, 2 small beach chairs, a beach wagon, a cooler, beach toys/games, and beach umbrellas are provided.

  • Can I host events or parties at the property?

    Hosting events or parties is not allowed at our properties. Please contact us if you have further questions.

  • Do you offer discounts for long-term stays?

    Yes, we offer discounted rates for extended stays, typically for booking of a week or longer. Contact us for more details on long-term discounts.
